Who we are and scope
Zunavro is an independent software brand based in Morocco. This notice covers the public website and Zunavro Shopify applications, including Zunavro Attribution.
Data we process
Depending on the product and merchant choices, we process account and store identifiers, configuration, support communications, Shopify order and storefront evidence, and merchant-authorized advertising account structure and reporting metrics. We do not sell personal information.
Why data is used
Data is used to provide the requested application, authenticate users, generate reporting, maintain security, answer support requests and comply with applicable obligations. Advertising connections are reporting-only.
Connected advertising providers
A merchant may authorize selected Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or Google advertising accounts. Zunavro reads only the data needed for the reporting features the merchant chooses. Access can be revoked by disconnecting the provider.
Retention and security
Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect the service and meet applicable legal obligations. We use tenant isolation, access controls and encrypted transport.
Questions and requests
For access, correction, export, objection or deletion requests, email support@zunavro.com and include the relevant store domain and product. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
